I won a $five sale on Friday.... Afterward the auction ended, I tried to establish contact with the seller to confirm my payment, etc... I sent him an e-mail on Friday dark, but he withal hasn't reply me yet... I have NOT transport him payment nonetheless...

Should I send him another e-mail? Or should I just requite him a negative feedback? If I requite him a negative feedback, can he plow effectually and give me 1 also?

Did it say in the sale that they'd contact you within a certain number of days? If they did, await until that menses is over then report them to Ebay if they still haven't fabricated contact.

I would not offset worrying just withal. Some people get a millions of eastward-mails a mean solar day from selling on ebay. Often times information technology takes them a while to reply or not even responding at all. If they take good feedback I'd try not to worry. I've actually had someone send me the item with no contact at all. I kept e-mailing and east-mailing just got no response. I thought I got ripped off but it turned out he just never responded dorsum to me.

I dealt with an ebay seller that has 54 positive feedback & 1 negative feedback.

I was purchasing quickbook software and paid about $170 for it and it never came. I've waited 3 weeks and emailed the seller a few times without any response from him.

This piss me off and so bad, and so I concluded up filing a complain with paypal with their $500 insurance guarantee. I got my money back in less than 24 hours.

The bad affair is I can't leave a negative feedback for the seller since the transaction was cancelled. This is too bad and I promise no one has to deal with this seller over again.

get out it a week so send him another email.

I would look at to the lowest degree 10 days then threaten negative feedback if he does not respond in another 3 days.

Trouble with leaving negative fedback is, yous become information technology returned with involvement, even if y'all don't deserve it

I would expect at to the lowest degree ten days then threaten negative feedback if he does non answer in another 3 days.

Problem with leaving negative fedback is, you get it returned with interest, fifty-fifty if you lot don't deserve information technology

Which is why you wait a twenty-four hours before the window closes to leave feedback to do information technology.

How long is the window open up?

My wife had an sale that ended in August, she left neutral feedback in November and got negative feedback in return.

I wasn't about to leave negative feedback for the seller... I just wanted to get an idea what options I take and how long I should look BEFORE leaving negative feedback...

Think of it in the contrary state of affairs, for filing a NPB:

eBay recommends contacting each other inside 7 business days.

If after 3 business days and no response, ship payment reminder.

Later 7 days you can finally file a NPB notice.

Then they take ten days to work it out with you earlier the NPB goes on record.

So:

Wait until the end of the calendar week until to start freaking out.

Meanwhile, ship a polite email request nigh the auction.

If no response by Mon, and then send a more demanding alphabetic character.

And then on...
